1. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY TIMES

All pieces are produced in small batches or to order, respecting the creation time and artisanal finishing.

• Items available for immediate delivery: we ship within 5 business days after payment confirmation.

• Custom parts: production time is up to 40 business days, depending on the project.

• Shipping is done via specialized carrier or postal service, with tracking.

You will receive an email with the tracking code as soon as the order is shipped.

2. SHIPPING

Shipping costs will be automatically calculated at checkout based on your zip code and item category. In some cases, we may contact you to arrange specific delivery options, especially for larger pieces of furniture.

3. COLLECTION FROM THE WORKSHOP

Customers in Rio de Janeiro can choose to pick up their piece at our studio by prior arrangement. We'll contact you after purchase to schedule a convenient time.

4. CERTIFICATE OF AUTHENTICITY

All pieces signed by Pedro Leal come with a Certificate of Authenticity.
This document guarantees:

• The originality of the piece;

• Information about the material and technique used;

• Serial number (where applicable);

• Artist's signature.

The certificate is sent with the part or, in cases of large volumes, sent separately with prior notice.

5. EXCHANGES AND RETURNS

As these are carefully crafted designer pieces, each exchange or return will be analyzed individually.

• We accept returns within 7 calendar days of receipt, in accordance with the Consumer Protection Code.

• Exchanges due to regret or error in choice will only be accepted if the piece is intact, with no signs of use or assembly.

• In case of defect or damage during transportation, please notify us within 48 hours with photos of the packaging and the item.

We accept payments via credit card, Pix, and bank slip. Purchases will only be processed after payment confirmation.
